III.1. Kodesage will process the user's personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, in accordance with legal, fairness, and transparency requirements.

IV.2. The user has the right to obtain information from Kodesage regarding whether their personal data is being processed, and if such processing is taking place, the user entitled to access for the personal data and the information listed in the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation).

IV.3. The user may request the rectification of inaccurate personal data relating to them and may also request the completion of personal data in case of deficiencies.

IV.4. The user may request the deletion of personal data anytime.

IV.5. If Kodesage has made the personal data of the user public for any reason, is obliged to erase the personal data upon the request of the user. In this case Kodesage shall taking account of available technology and the cost of implementation, shall take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to inform controllers which are processing the personal data that the user has requested the erasure by such controllers of any links to, or copy or replication of, those personal data.

IV.6. The user shall have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing if the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the user, the processing is unlawful and the user opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead, the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the user for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

IV.7. The user shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to Kodesage, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller.

IV.10. The user has the option to seek judicial relief to protect their data, and the court will handle such matter expeditiously. The user may file a claim with the court having jurisdiction over their place of
residence or temporary residence, or the court at the headquarters of the Authority. V. The Kodesage’s obligations to the user

 

V.1. Kodesage shall establish an internal organizational structure that ensures a timely and substantive response to any inquiries received from users as specified in Section I.4.

V.2. Kodesage shall inform the user without undue delay and no later than one month after receiving the request of the inquiry, about the measures taken in response to the inquiries received under Section IV.

V.3. The period may be extended by two months if necessary. Kodesage shall notify the user of the extension and the reasons for the delay within one month from the receipt of the inquiry.

V.4. Kodesage informs userss, if upon the receiving of a request Kodesage would not implement the appropriate measures, shall inform the user not later than one month from the receipt of the inquiry, Such notification shall include the reasons for the failure to take action and inform a user of their right to submit a complaint with a supervisory authority and has the option for seek judicial relief.
